How To Increasing Warcraft III Performance/FPS

If you have an old PC or you have a netbook with windows 7 or vista, then you may have some lags or low fps in warcraft 3.

First that i wan't to say is if you have windows vista then i recommend you to upgrade to windows 7 or latest windows vista service pack.
Windows vista is really fail OS in my opinion, it "eats" all your resource in PC.

If you wan't to check you fps in Wc3 use FRAPS.

• Aero Theme

Try to disable aero theme. right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize from the menu, there switch to basic theme.
For some people enabled aero theme have increase FPS in WC3.

Here is a list of basic commands used in Warcraft 3 Battle.Net.

This command allows you to set statuses, chat with friends etc...

/dnd reason- Do not disturb mode Ex. /dnd Leave me alone!
/stats - Tell you your Battle.net stats, ex. Hello Solo 1-0 Team 2-0
/w – Allows you to whisper your friend. Ex. /w Joeey123 Hey!
/m - Allows you to whisper your friend same thing as /w username
/me - Allows you to write in a gray faded message
/squelch – Allows you to ignore messages from a person. Ex. /squelch Fatty

How To Play Warcraft 3 With Hamachi

Hamachi is great tool for creating virtual networks, this network can be used for gaming.

Loots of games can be played this way, but not every game works "out of box".

Hamachi only create connection between computers but it don't connect them is same "workgroup".

Warcraft 3 is one of games that search for Lan players in "workgroup", so playing Wc3 with hamachi is not possible "out of box".

To play Warcraft 3 with hamachi you need to use one of Wc3 Lan Emulator like Lancraft, Wc3Proxy, YAWLE or Battle.net.

How To Fix "Unable to initialize DirectX" In Warcraft 3

A lot of people have problems with this.

This error is caused not installed video driver or old version of DirectX.

First i recommend you to upgrade you to update DirectX, you can do this by downloading DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer.

If you don't know witch DirectX version you have

- Click on the Start button and select Run. (For Vista Users, press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time) and skip to step 3)

- In the Open: field type in dxdiag and click the OK button.

- When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool loads up you will see information about your computer. Near the bottom of the information should be the following field: DirectX Version: which will list what version you are currently running.

How To Use Gold Cheat On Multiplayer, Battle.Net In Warcraft 3
