Perfect theme for Balanar hero fans.
To install this theme extract archive and copy UI folder to Warcraft 3 game directory and run CUSTOMBG.reg to uninstall theme run UNINSTALL.reg
Image used for background is only 800x600 so it may not look good in hi-res monitors, if you have this image i higher resolution please post link in comment.
